General

We operate in Estonia, Saue municipality, Alliku village. We manage an online store, we don't have a physical salon at the moment.

We ship all the goods ourselves from our on-site warehouse using local courier companies (Omniva, DPD, Itella Smartpost).

Delivery

Orders can be placed from Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland. 

When ordering from Estonia, we usually ship the goods within 0-1 working days. As a rule, we use parcel machines or couriers for shipping. Once the goods have been handed over to the courier, they usually arrive at their destination on the next working day (in Estonia).

The ordered goods reach the Estonian customer within 1-3 working days from the time the order is placed (on average the next working day). Exact delivery times are listed on the Delivery page: https://rczone.ee/kohaletoimetamine/

When ordering from other countries, the delivery times are a little longer, if they are less than 1 week in nearby countries (e.g. Finland 2-5 working days).

The ordered goods can be returned within 14 days after receiving the goods (except for legal entities). The returned goods must not have been used in any other way than to make sure of its appearance and properties. The car must not be driven or used in any other way before it is returned, the goods and packaging must be intact and the goods must be complete.

If you wish to return, send a corresponding statement to our email info@rczone.ee, where you enter the orderer's name, order number and date, quantity, name and price of the ordered goods. We will send you a prepaid package label and pin code by email, if necessary, to print a label from the parcel machine, which you can stick on the package and send the goods back to us. If the product is unused and meets the conditions when it reaches us, we will refund the full purchase amount within 7 days or faster.

Unfortunately, the used car cannot be returned. If the car breaks down while driving, you can contact us to get spare parts at info@rczone.ee.

We have some of the most common spare parts in stock right away, they can be ordered through the online store and will be delivered quickly.

If something breaks on the car, but the necessary spare part is not available on the website, you can contact us by e-mail about all the car spare parts in our selection (info@rczone.ee) to send an inquiry and we can generally order the necessary parts from our suppliers.

Yes. The correct order of turning on the devices is important.

The first remote control must be turned on, then the first car (when the car is turned on, it is automatically linked to an unconnected remote control in the area). Then another remote control and then another car. The number of cars is not limited if you follow the correct order of turning on the devices.

Water should be avoided. No car can tolerate being submerged in water, in which case the electronics can be damaged. 

The electronic components of some cars are treated with a water-repellent substance that protects them from moisture (this is indicated in the description of the car). Such cars suffer from splashes and dirt, but should still be dried after getting wet. 

If the car gets completely submerged in water, the first thing you should do is disconnect the battery as soon as possible and take it to a fire-safe place, because it can catch fire (even later). A lithium battery that has fallen into water must no longer be used and must be properly disposed of after drying! The car must be allowed to dry completely and there is a possibility that it has been irreversibly damaged. 

We give the cars a start-up guarantee. Due to the nature of radio-controlled cars, we cannot be held responsible for defects that have occurred after the goods have been delivered to the buyer.
