Order handling and delivery times

As soon as you place your order, our team will start processing it. The schedule is as follows:

• Working hours: Mon-Fri 9:00-17:00
• Order deadline: Monday to Friday, 14:00 (GMT+02:00) Eastern European Time (Tallinn)
• The period of processing the order and handing it over to the courier company: 0-1 working days
• Delivery times by courier companies:
  • Estonia: 1-2 working days
  • Latvia: 1-4 working days
  • Lithuania: 1-4 working days
  • Finland: 2-4 working days

Order confirmation

When placing an order, we immediately send the customer an e-mail with detailed information about the order to confirm that the order has reached us. Once the order has been handed over to the courier company, we will send a confirmation email with the tracking number of the order.

Courier companies

We use Omniva, DPD and Itella Smartpost services to send goods. Shipping costs are as follows (in euros):

Lost shipment

If your order is marked as delivered according to the tracking data, but it has not reached you, first kcheck the delivery address and contact details (including phone number). If they are correct in the order confirmation, contact us immediately by email info@rczone.ee and we investigate for ourselves. If the shipment cannot be found and it has been lost for a reason depending on us or the courier company, we will send a new package or reimburse the costs of the order (depending on the customer's preference).
