Like its predecessor, the Venture18 U4 is equipped with a robust moulded steel C-channel chassis and realistic power transmission. It is equipped with a precision-engineered all-metal 2-speed gearbox, locked differentials, 4-link front and rear suspension and universal telescopic counter-rotating drive shafts - delivering a true off-road feel on any terrain. V2 oil-filled shock absorbers ensure smooth and even handling.
The officially licensed chassis is designed with an aggressive RTR Vehicles off-road styling, tubular safety arch, first LED light strip and polycarbonate body, with either Vaughn Gittin Jr or Loren Healy real car design.

Modelled after the recognisable Ford Bronco 4400 by Vaughn Gittin Jr. and Loren Healy, the officially licensed Venture18 RTR reflects the attitude and aggression of a full-size car. Inspired by race-winning vehicles, this RC car with eye-catching colors and authentic detailing not only resembles real race cars in appearance, but is built to go off-road like a real 1000-horsepower monster racing through the King of the Hammers.

The Venture18 U4 frame is made from ultra-durable polycarbonate - it's built to withstand the rigours of hiking trails and high-speed Ultra4 riding.
For added seriousness, there's a full-function spare wheel attached to the rear, which isn't just for looks, but can actually be put down if something unexpected happens on the track. A safety bar on the inside of the chassis provides extra protection and gives the model a real rock racer look.
There's plenty of detail in the cabin, too - a realistic cockpit with moulded driver's and dashboard detailing creates a real race car feel straight out of the box.
TRAILBLASTER off-road tyres with CL-5 rims
The Venture18 U4 is equipped with the new TREDZ 1.2″ TRAILBLASTER tyres, which are made from a soft rubber compound with high grip, providing maximum traction even on the toughest terrain. These oversized tyres have a 4 mm larger diameter than conventional tyres, giving better clearance and extending out to the sides so the car can easily tackle slippery roots, mossy rocks and uneven surfaces.
The tyres are mounted on colour-matched CL-5 1.2″ three-piece beadlock rims, offering both true off-road performance and authentic looks. Hubcap covers in the centre of each wheel conceal the steel nuts and give the car a clean, realistic look - just like a real off-road machine.
