Easy and Free 14-Day Returns
We are happy to accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include the original order confirmation or packaging receipt when returning the item.
How to initiate a return
- Contact us: Before returning products, please contact our returns team at info@rczone.ee to initiate the return process.
- Return Authorization: If your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions for returning the product.
- Pack the product: Pack the product securely in the original packaging, including any accessories if you have provided them.
- Add the RA number: Write the clearly assigned RA number on the outside of the package.
- Return: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return is received.

Return process
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you when the refund is approved or rejected.
Once your return is approved, we will process your refund and the credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Damaged or defective items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@rczone.ee with details and photos of the problem. We are working to resolve the issue quickly.
Exchange
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the existing product and, once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new product.
