Easy and Free 14-Day Returns<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The buyer has the right to return goods purchased from the RcZone online store within 14 days of receiving the goods. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.<\/p>\n

Return conditions<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. \n

    The item must be unused, clean, without defects and in its original packaging.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. The goods may only be opened and handled to the extent necessary to check their nature, properties and functioning \u2013 as in a physical store.<\/li>\n
  3. \n

    If the goods show signs of use or wear, RcZone has the right to reduce the amount to be refunded or refuse to accept the goods.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  4. \n

    Custom-made goods or goods that are not eligible for the right of withdrawal for hygienic reasons (e.g. dirty products with open packaging) cannot be returned.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Return process<\/strong><\/h3>\n
      \n
    1. \n

      To withdraw, send a corresponding application by e-mail within 14 days after receiving the goods to the address info@rczone.ee<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    2. \n

      All costs related to the return will be borne by the buyer, unless the return is due to the fact that the product sent is different from the one ordered.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    3. \n

      The returned goods must be posted no later than 14 days after sending the withdrawal request.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Refund<\/strong><\/h3>\n

      RcZone will refund all payments received from the buyer, including the original delivery charges, within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods or receipt of the certificate of dispatch, whichever is the earlier. The money will be refunded to the same bank account from which the order was paid.<\/p>\n

      Filing claims<\/strong><\/h3>\n

      If the goods turn out to be defective, RcZone must be notified as soon as possible by writing to the address info@rczone.ee<\/strong>The costs of returning and exchanging defective products will be covered by RcZone in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
