As a rule, we use parcel machines or couriers for shipping. Once the goods have been handed over to the courier, they usually arrive at their destination on the next working day (in Estonia).<\/p>\n<p>The ordered goods reach the Estonian customer within 1-3 working days from the time the order is placed (on average the next working day). The returned goods must not have been used in any other way than to make sure of its appearance and properties. The car must not be driven or used in any other way before it is returned, the goods and packaging must be intact and the goods must be complete.<\/p>\n<p>If you wish to return, send a corresponding statement to our email <a href=\"mailto:info@rczone.ee\">info@rczone.ee<\/a>, indicating the name of the person placing the order, the order number and date, the quantity, name and price of the goods ordered. All costs relating to the return are to be borne by the purchaser, unless the return is due to the fact that the product sent is different from the one ordered. The correct order of turning on the devices is important.<\/p>\n<p>The first remote control must be turned on, then the first car (when the car is turned on, it is automatically linked to an unconnected remote control in the area). Then another remote control and then another car. No car can tolerate being submerged in water, in which case the electronics can be damaged.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The electronic components of some cars are treated with a water-repellent substance that protects them from moisture (this is indicated in the description of the car). This setting improves the car's handling on uneven surfaces and when negotiating bends. \"Toe-out makes the car react more quickly to the steering wheel and makes corner entry more immediate and precise. It also helps to maintain direction on rough terrain.<\/p>\n<p>\"Toe out\" makes the front of the car more sensitive to steering movements and can make the car a bit more nervous in corners. Due to the nature of radio-controlled cars, we cannot be held responsible for defects that have occurred after the goods have been delivered to the buyer.
